my paintings are surreal, emotional and intellectual stories with layers of my thoughts, feelings, memories, deep questions, contradictions and inspirations from actual life and family, belief and culture, architecture and nature with a focus of inner light and power of colors. I create my paintings in different sizes and shapes as stories that are open for interpretation. I work with oil and acrylic techniques, using contemporary paints together with natural earth and rock pigments.
I also like to write, make installations and performances.

Born in 1986 in Riga, Latvia. Lives and works in Riga.
